Hosted Trips
A hosted trip consists of a staff member of Cohutta Travel as your host on the trip with our group of clients. We take care of the planning, organizing, and provide pre-trip information and a packing list to better prepare our clients for each destination. Once we arrive at our destination, your host will inform the group about the upcoming days and give them an overview of the duration of the trip. Additionally, your host will assist you with proper rigging and outfitting to improve your experience.

Obviously, the target species on fly is Roosterfish, but the diversity of this fishery is absolutely amazing including potential to catch Dorado, Yellowtail, African Pompano, Jacks, Wahoo, and Striped Marlin. The marine life is indescribable from Manta Rays, Whales, Sea Lions, and Whale Sharks. Andy once swam with a Whale Shark while fishing in Baja and describes it as one of the coolest experiences of his life! Non Hosted Trips
Cohutta Travel takes care of researching, booking the lodge or destination for your group, and creates the travel itinerary for your trip. A Cohutta host will not travel with your group, but we will make sure all the details have been handled, from your itinerary, licensing, transfers, dietary restrictions, to your safety.
